Hyderabad, Sep 6 (PMI): The Shia Muslims Friday Prayer (Namaz-e-Juma) performed in various Mosques (Masajid) of Hyderabad and Secunderabad. As per the Fiqhe Jaferia there must be more than Five (5) kilometer distance in between every Masjid where Friday Prayer (Namaz-e-Juma) is being performed. The motive of the Friday Prayers in Islam is that all persons living in a locality must gathered once a week in a Jama-e-Masjid of locality for offering Namaz-e-Juma to maintained unity, discussing the problems of neighbor to solve and help the residents of the locality.
Today on 6th September in Masjid-e-Alias under the management of Khoja Ithna-e-Ashri Jamat Hyderabad, situated at Tankbund, Secunderabad. A large number of Shia Muslims perform Namaz-e- Juma. performed. Now a days Moulana Ali Hyder Farishta Saheb Qibla is leading Imama-e-Jamat-e-Namaz-e-Juma at Masjid-e-Alias. Mostly the 
Shia Muslims who worked or having their business in New City prefer to perform Namaz-e-Juma in Masjid-e- Alias at Secunderabad and it is observed that the elders and Young prayers (Namazi) attends the prayer and appreciate his speeches delivered during Qutbas. Due to the lack of Shia Masajid in New City mostly Shia Muslims performed their daily Namaz-e- Zohrian (Namaz-e- Zohar & Namaz-e- Asr) in Masjid-e-Alias Secunderabad. (Press Media of India).
