Hyderabad; July 2 ( ALI ABBAS . PMI ): On 01-07-2021 the sleuths of Commissioner’s Task Force, West Zone team, Hyderabad on credible information raided on a shop i.e. “Classic Pan shop”, Beside Gowri Shankar Wines, Road No.10, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad in the limits of Banjara Hills Police Station and apprehended one accused by name Sheik Rizwan who is purchasing and selling of banned noxious Gutka & Tobbaco in his pan shop illegally. And also apprehended (3) Gutka & Tobacco suppliers by name 1) Teja Ram Kumawat @ Budha Ram, 2) Ramesh Kumawat and 3) Kaluram Kumawat. Seized banned Tobacco of various brands from their possession. Seized material market value is about Rs.5.25 Lakhs.
Particulars of Accused:-
1) Sheik Rizwan S/o Sheik Ahmed, aged 26 yrs, Occ: Owner of “Classic Pan shop”, Beside Gowri Shankar Wines, Road No.10, Banjara Hills, R/o Noor Nagar, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad.
2) Teja Ram Kumawat @ Budha Ram S/o Shivaram Kumawat, aged 22 yrs, Occ: Salesman, (Supplier of Gutka and Tobacco materials), R/o H.No.8-3-231/A/20/F, Sri Krishna Nagar, Yousufguda, Hyderabad.
3) Ramesh Kumawat S/o Durga Ram Kumawat, aged 23 yrs, Occ: Salesman (Supplier of Gutka and Tobacco materials), R/o H.No.8-3-231/A/20/F, Sri Krishna Nagar, Yousufguda, Hyderabad.
4) Kaluram Kumawat S/o Shivaram Kumawat, aged 31 yrs, Occ: Business, “Baba Kirana”, #8-3-231/F/20, Sri Krishna Nagar, Yousufguda, (Supplier of Gutka and Tobacco materials), R/o H.No.8-3-231/F/20, Sri Krishna Nagar, Yousufguda, Hyderabad.

During enquiry it came to know that, the accused persons Teja Ram Kumawat and Kaluram Kumawat are supplying the Gutka and Tobacco materials to accused Sheik Rizwan and other areas in Hyderabad and the accused Ramesh Kumawat is working with Teja Ram Kumawat in supplying of Gutka and Tobacco materials in Hyderabad.
One person by name Dinesh Kumar S/o Mothiram, aged about 33 yrs, Occ: Supplier of Gutka & Tobacco from Bidar, Karnataka, R/o Jagadgirigutta, Qutbullapur (M), Medchal-Malkajgiri (Dist) is supplying Gutka and Tobacco materials to accused Kaluram Kumawat for the purpose of selling in Hyderabad. In this case the accused Dinesh Kumar is at large.
The arrested accused along with seized material was handed over to SHO, Banjara Hills Police Station, for taking necessary action.
The arrest was made under the supervision of Sri P.Radha Kishan Rao, Dy.Commissioner of Police (OSD), Commissioner’s Task Force, by Sri P.Rajesh, Inspector of Police, West Zone Task Force and SI’s Sri N.Ranjith Kumar, Sri P.Mallikarjun, Sri Sheik Kaviuddin and Staff of West Zone Team, Commissioner’s Task Force, Hyderabad.
