Hyderabad, Feb.25 (PMI):On the evening hours of February 24, the sleuths of Special Operations Team, Malkajgiri Zone, Rachakonda along with Bibinagar Police busted a gang involved in land fraud by impersonation and forgery of the sale deed documents and apprehended them for deceiving the people. The police seized nine fake sale deed documents, cash of Rs 7,00,000, two cars, seven Cell phones and other incriminating material from their possession.
The accused were identified as A-1 Dadi Dharmender Reddy alias `Dharma Reddy, Real estate broker residing at H. No 1-50, Cheeryala (v), Keesara (m), Medchal District, A-2 Donthi Sathi Reddy, Businessman, residing at H. No 2-51/5, Raghavapur (V), Bibinagar(m), Yadadri Bhongir Districe, A-3 Syed Naseer Ur Rahman alias Syed Sikinder Nawab, Real estate broker residing at Flat no 10ss9-A, Happy Homes, Upparpally, Rajender nagar, RR district (expired), A-4 Mohammed Showkat Ali, 73 yrs, Real estate, residing at H. No 8-4-369/10-H, Site 3, NRR Puram, Borabanda, Sanathnagar, A-5 Chakali Ramu, 43 yrs, Marketing, resident of H. No 14-1-211/621/101/1, Parvathnagar, Allapur, Borabanda, A-6 Vallapu Ramulu, painter and residing at Yosufguda basthi, Ameerpet, and natie of Kondapur (v), Darur (m), Mahaboobnagar District, Telangana (who impersonated as Anil Khurana), A-7 Gorre Ramesh, Driver, resident of Rahamatnagar, Yosufguda (who impersonated as K.B Khurana), A-8 Mohammad Ibrahim, Real Estate, residing at H. No 1-38-748, Rasoolpura, Indramma Nagar, Secunderabad (absconding) and A-9 Vale. Balakrishna Real estate residing at H. No 8-3-229/E/51/8, Venkatgiri, Yosufguda (absconding).
The police seized present market value of seized fake and forged sale deeds of about Rs 1 crore, Cash of Rs seven lakhand seven Mobile Phones.
Police said Dadi Dharmender Reddy alias Dharma Reddy (who was previously involved in such 18 similar cases) and Donthi Sathi Reddy, connived with other offenders in carrying out the entire land record fraud. Donthi Sathi Reddy informed Dadi Dharmender Reddy about two plots Nos 204 & 221, located at Maxima Resort farms, phase-I, at Raghavapuaram village admeasuring 1210 Sq. yards each total of 2420 sq. yards in the vacant position and no owner was claiming the land since a long time.
Dharmendar Reddy used to get the Certified Copies of the identified land, create similar fake certificates and managed to get GPA with the assistance of other accused luring them to impersonate as the owners of the land and then sell the land to innocent buyers by executing fraudulent sale deeds. At first, Dadi Dharmender Reddy informed to his associate Syed Naseer Ur Rahman as he was an expert in creating fake and forged land documents and Aadhar cards. Upon which, Syed Naseer Ur Rahman created fake and forged land documents and Aadhar cards.
Secondly, Dharmender Reddy contacted Showkat Ali to produce similar age group persons as per the documents to impersonate and forgery, then Showkath Ali produced Chakali Ramu (who acted as AGPA holder from K. B Kurana), Vallapu Ramulu (who impersonated as Anil Khurana), Gorre Ramesh (who impersonated as K.B Khurana), Md. Ibrahim and V. Balakrishna as witnesses. Finally, Dharmender Reddy and Sathi Reddy sold the land to innocent victims for illegal money of Rs 65 lakh.
The arrests were made under the direct supervision of D.S. Chauhan, IPS, Commissioner of Police, Rachakonda and under the guidance of R. Giridhar, IPS, Deputy Commissioner of Police, Special Operations Team, Malkajgiri, Rachakonda, A. Ramulu, Inspector, SOT Malkajgiri zone, K. Saidulu, SI of Police, Bibinagar PS, G. Raghu Ramudu, SI of Police, P. Vasudev, SI of Police and staff of Special Operations Team, Malkajgiri zone of Rachakonda. (PMI)
