Hyderabad: Fire accidents are frequent in Old City. Due to this, the city residents are unable to sleep. They are worried about when and from where the fire will start. Recently, a major fire broke out in Old City Diwandevidi near Charminar in the early hours of Monday. A fire broke out suddenly in a clothing shop on the fourth floor. After receiving information, the police and fire brigade personnel rushed to the spot. Firefighters brought the fire under control. Traders said that the fire spread to several shops in a row, causing property damage.

Fortunately, no casualties have been reported. However, heavy losses are anticipated as several shops have been severely damaged.
