Facts of Cr. No. 30/2023 U/s 75, 109, 120-B, 302 r/w 34 IPC & Sec. 27 (3) of Arms Act of PS Falaknuma:
Hyderabad Feb 14–On 06.02.2023 at 23:00 hours a complaint was received from Sri Mohd Amir at Falaknuma PS, Hyderabad stating that his elder brother byname Mohd Ayaz, age: 28 years has been killed by Asif, Khaled, Afrose, Nadeem Qureshi near Magesty Saloon, Sanjay Gandhi Nagar Hyderabad. On that, a case U/s 120 (b). 302 r/w 34 IPC was registered and later altered into Sec. 75, 109, 120-b, 302 r/w 34 IPC & Sec. 27 (3) of Arms Act.
Deceased Particulars: Late Mohd Ayaz @ Abbu, age: 28 years, occ: Driver in Poultry at Sanjay Gandhi Nagar, R/o Khaja Pahadi, Khaja Nagar, Near Electricity office, Kala Pather Hyderabad.

A1 Mohd Asif @ Pokandi s/o Mohd Rasheed, age : 22 years, Occ: Driver, R/o H.No. 19-4-281/A/7, Near Grave Yard, Sanjay Gandi Nagar, Jahanuma, N.S.Kunta, Hyderabad.
(He is suspect sheeter of Kala Pather PS and he was involved in (06) property offences at Kalapather, Charminar, Mailrdevpally, Chaderghat, Shamshabad PSs)
A2 Shaik Khaled @ Currency Khaled s/o Late Shaik Ahmed, age : 26 years, Occ: Flex Board Worker and Driver, R/o H No. 19-2-81/B/8, Ranjan Colony, Kalapathar, Hyderabad.
(He is Rowdy sheeter of Kala Pather PS and he was involved in (02) Bodiy offences at Rajendra Nagar PS and Falaknuma PS and (02) property offences at Shalibanda and Afzal Gunj PSs)
A3 Mohammed Afroz Khan S/o Late Mohammed Feroz Khan, age 21 years, Occ: Nil, R/o H.No. 19-2-81/B/34, Ranjan Colony, Kalapathar, Hyderabad.

A4 Mohammed Nadeem Qureshi S/o Mohammed Nayeem Qureshi, age 24 years, Occ: Working at Beef Shop, R/o H.No.19-4-281/B/14, Near Sarwar Hotel, Sanjay Ganhi Nagar, Hyderabad.
(He is suspect sheeter of Falaknuma PS and he was involved in (01) property offence at Kalapather PS)

MOTIVE of CRIME:
Shaik Janhangir Acp Falaknuma .said This is a revenge murder, the deceased Late Mohammed Ayaz @ Abbu & 2 others have killed one Mohd Ali in the year 2015 and a case is registered against them vide Cr. No. 28/2015 U/sec. 364, 302 r/w 34 IPC of PS Kalapathar in 2015, the said Mohd Ali is paternal uncle of A1 in this case. Recently 6 months ago the deceased Ayaz @ Abbu taken house on rent near the house of A1 and 4 months ago a petty issue is occurred between the mother of the A1 byname Shakera Begum and the deceased Mohammed Ayaz @ Abbu and the deceased warned her that he will kill her and the A1, on that she had instigated the A1 to kill the deceased, on that the A1 with the help of A2 to A3 have killed the deceased with knifes on 06.02.2023 at about 2130 hours near Majesty Hair Saloon, Sanjay Gandhi Nagar, Hyderabad.
APPREHENSION: On 13.02.2023 at about 16:00 hours, on receiving credible information, Sri D. Ashok, Addl. Inspector of Police along with his team apprehended the accused A-1 to A-4 at Sanjay Gandhi Nagar Graveyard, Hyderabad and further as per their confessions seized Three knives, which were used for Murder, Red & Black color Bajaj Pulsar 200 CC bike (without registration number) bearing Engine No. DKZCFD29892 which was used for absconding from the place of offence. The arrests were made under the supervision of Sri Shaik Jahangir, Asst. Commissioner of Police, Falaknuma Division, by Sri D. Ashok, Addl. Inspector of Police, PS Falaknuma and his team with contribution of South Zone Task Force.
