Hyderabad; April 21 ;2023- The mystery of the murder of an eight-year-old boy in Hyderabad’s Sanatnagar has been solved. Police have arrested four people, including Hijra Fiza Khan, who is accused of murdering the boy. After the boy was killed on Amavasya, there was a campaign of human sacrifice. However, DCP Srinivasa Rao clarified that this murder has nothing to do with human sacrifice. It was revealed that the murder took place due to a quarrel between the boy’s father and the Hijra.
What actually happened..
Abdul Waheed (8), son of cloth merchant Wasim Khan of Sanatnagar, went missing on Thursday evening after going to offer namaz. When the boy who went to the Masjid did not come home for a long time, the worried parents searched for him all around. But the boy was nowhere to be seen. A complaint was filed with the Sanatnagar police. In this sequence, the dead body of the boy was found in a suspicious condition in the Jinkalawada canal in the Allauddin Koti area. Everyone was shocked to see the boy brutally murdered and his bones broken and put in a bucket. As this murder took place on Amavasya, it was spread that the boy was sacrificed. The locals, who saw a Hijra boy named Fiza Khan living in the same area being taken away, expressed their suspicion that he himself had given this human sacrifice.
The police registered a case of suspicious death and started investigation. After examining the CCTV footage near the local mosque, it was recorded that a Hijra named Fiza Khan was being followed by Waheed. Seeing this, the boy’s relatives and locals attacked Hijra’s house. This created a tense atmosphere. The police brought the situation under control and arrested Hijra. Along with Hijra, four others who helped him were detained.
The reason for the murder was a scam in the chit trade
Fiza Khan, a Hijra, runs a local chitty business. Wasim, the boy’s father, put a note near that hijra. In this regard, there was a recent argument between the two regarding money matters. It was revealed in the police investigation that Hijra, who was enraged by the quarrel, kidnapped and killed the boy. DCP Srinivasa Rao disclosed this to the media. It has been clarified that the boy’s murder has nothing to do with human sacrifice. Minister Talasani Srinivas Yadav expressed shock over this incident. He assured that a fast track court would be set up and the accused would be punished quickly.(PMI)
