Election Commission has issued a notice to Congress leader C P Joshi for alleged violation of the code of conduct over his casteist remarks against Prime Minister Narendra Modi, among others.
The notice was served by the returning officer of Rajsamand district in Rajasthan following a complaint by the BJP. Mr Joshi is contesting the election from Nathdwara constituency in the State.
