Hyderabad, The State government has urged the citizens of Hyderabad district to cooperate with the booth-level officer, data entry operators and designated officials of GHMC, who are visiting houses in connection with the enrollment of voters under intensive revision of electoral rolls by providing required information.
The door-to-door enumeration of voters commenced on July 23 in all the 15 Assembly constituencies of Hyderabad district for a period of 30 days, an official release said. During the verification process, existing voters, their names will be retained with correction/modification if any required including change of photograph and for new enrollment of voters, details in form-6 will be directly entered in the tablet computer duly verifying the residential/age proof and capturing the photograph of the voters, the release said.
