Hyderabad, Feb.28 : In the ongoing drive against repeated offenders in Cyberabad Commissionerate, V.C. Sajjanar, Commissioner of Police, has invoked Detention orders under the P.D Act as “Goonda” against the following two accused persons: Pasupuleti Mukesh Kumar @ Mukesh, aged 27 years, Occ: Pvt. Employee, R/o NRR Puram, Site-II, Borabanda, and Lakkarajula Tirumal Rao @ Tirumala Rao @ Tirumalesh, aged 32 years, Occ: Ayurvedic shop, Borabanda.
The accused Pasupuleti Mukesh Kumar is a rowdy sheeter. The deceased Kakemgari Narsing Das Goud @ Pochi is residing of Tukkuguda and used to come to his father’s house at Borabanda regularly. The accused persons bore grudge against the deceased as he caused troubles to them and also dominated in their area and they conspired with their associates, attacked and killed him by stabbing him with knives and Talwars indiscriminately on the road at Shivaji Nagar, Borabanda.
As their acts are considered prejudicial to the maintenance of public order, they have been detained under Preventive Detention (PD) Act to keep them out of the society for a considerable period in the prison and to prevent them from committing further such offences, an official press release said today.
