Hyderabad'(Press media of india):Cyberabad CP Stephen Ravindra IPS today held a meeting of the officials of police to review the security arrangements being made for the visit of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
During the review meeting, the CP briefed the police officials about the security arrangements to be made for the Prime Minister during his visit. He said the the police officials should stick to SPGS rules and Blue book. He said they had prepared security plans to keep a three-tier security arrangements. He also said the police officials should not only follow access control methods, but also take destruction prevention precautions.
He said all security plans should be followed for the security of VVIPs, keep law and order and regulate traffic movement. He said they would hold tele-conference with all the officials involved in the duty of the security arrangements of the PM and asked the officials to raise their problems, if any, with their superiors during the teleconference. He asked the officials to work with a team spirit for the successful organisation of the visit of the PM.
He warned the officials of facing disciplinary action if any kind of dereliction of duty was found on their part. The police officials discussed about the entire tour schedule of the PM. The joint CP of Cyberabad Avinash Mohanty, Crimes DCP Kamleshwar Singanawar, Madhapur DCP Shilpavalli, Balanagar DCP Sandeep Shamshabad DCP Jagadiswar Reddy and others took part in the meeting. (PMI)
