More medals to be won in future’CP Avinash Mahanty, IPS
Hyderabad’20 Jan 24 (PMI) Police personnel who have shown excellent performance in the performance of duty received Police Seva Medals at the hands of Cyberabad CP Avinash Mahanty, IPS., at the Main Conference Hall of Cyberabad Police Commissionerate today.
Speaking on the occasion, CP congratulated the recipients of service medals. He said that the central and state governments give service medals to the police personnel who have shown exceptional talent in public protection and performance of duties. The Telangana government will present these medals on the state’s birth day and in the new year. For the year 2023, medals have been awarded to 138 police personnel under the jurisdiction of Cyberabad Police Commissionerate. Out of this, 58 excellence and 80 service medals were awarded. They are from constable to ADCP rank.
CP Avinash said that it is enjoyable to perform duties in the police department and receive medals without any remarks by showing the best performance in it. In the same spirit, dedication to duties and good talent should be shown and the police should provide their services to the people and similarly the police department should perform duties so that the police department will have a good reputation.
They want to work better and provide better services to the people and get more medals from the government in the coming days. Also, other staff should take inspiration from those who have received medals and strive to win medals as well.
