HyderabaCity (PMI) : A young woman who responded to a message claiming to be a part-time job, fell into the hands of cyber criminals and lost Rs. 20 lakhs. The victim, who hails from Banjara Hills, completed her engineering and was looking for a job. In this order, a message was received on the phone of the victim in the name of Ankita, HR Manager. She responded to the message and clicked on the link to go to WhatsApp. They believe that their job is to click YouTube links on WhatsApp and they will get paid as much as they do in a day.
After that, an app was downloaded, a small investment was made and the task of clicking YouTube links was assigned. Thus, the victim initially got good profits for a small investment. As a result, trust increased and investment slowly increased. However, even though profits are visible on the screen in the app, it is not possible to draw them. Rs. Even after investing 20 lakhs, the situation was the same, it was found to be a fraud and a complaint was filed with the CCS Cybercrime Police, who registered a case and started an investigation.(PMI)
