Hyderabad, CPI general secretary Suravaram Sudhakar Reddy today said his party was totally against the proposal of one-time elections across the nation.
Speaking to the media here on Tuesday, the CPI leader alleged that Prime Minister Narendra Modi lowered his dignity himself by his utterances during the electioneering in Gujarat. It was painful that Narendra Modi had stated in Gujarat that an Opposition party had given “supari” to Pakistan to physically liquidate him for improving relations between India and Pakistan.
Sudhakar Reddy also alleged that the BJP-led NDA government at the Centre was trying to violate the rights of States by planning to conduct elections at one time. He also made it clear that the Left parties were against the FRDA Bill. He charged the TRS government in the State with complicating the Adivasi-Lambada issue.
