Hyderabad May 11 (PMI): The Commissioner of Police Rachakonda Sri Mahesh M Bhagwat IPS has detained a fake document offender namely Aenugu Madhava Reddy under PD Act to create safety to the landed properties in the limits of Choutuppal Police Station.
The two prime accused of this racket namely one Paridham Sekhar another Aenugu MadavaRreddy hailed from Toopranpet village and they both have been doing Real Estate business for the past 20 years. As they are having their Real Estate office at Toopranpet village and as such, they became well acquainted with the layouts made in and around the Choutuppal.
Initially, they did their business on commission basis. Later, they secured (1) Paridham Suresh, (2) Pedapudi Naresh, (3) Akula Srikanth and others formed in to a gang and all of them hatched a plan to earn easy buck in illegal means. An extent of 500 acres has been converted in to residential plots 
under name and style as “Green City” falling in the limits of Toopranpet village in which the plots were sold out to the individuals on installment basis and some of them on onetime payment. They are having close intimacy with one Kanuri Annapurna who does Real Estate business in the said venture and also having close acquaintance with the employees of “Green City venture.” They first find out the plot numbers that are falling vacant for long time, obtain their Certify copies from Sub-registrar offices and purchase original Sale Deeds from the employees of the venture. They prepare ID proofs such as … Pan Cards of the original owners and later they got register the said plots on their names by impersonating original owners. Later, they sell the plots to the individuals on higher price. They share the amount among themselves. They induce and made believe the purchasers that the link documents are under mortgage and will give them later once registration process is done. When, the victims questioned after being realized, the accused/proposed detenu and his associates drag the mater on one or other pretext and threatened them of dire consequences. Thus, the accused was earlier involved in CrNo: 61/2016419, 420,468,471 R/w 34 IPC of PS Choutuppal, facing trial vide CC No: 299/2017 before the Hon’ble AJFCM, Ramannapet. Even though, they could not mend their way of Criminal activities and resorted to indulge in Committing of offences one after another in an organized manner.
In this racket, one of the accused namely Peddapudi Naresh, hailed from Guntur prepares fake ID Proofs such as Aadhar Card, Pan cards of the real owners, gives them to the accused after having received a huge amount, where in the accused used them of as genuine and got registered the plots by impersonating the original owners. On the other hand, the local document writer viz… Akula Srikanth also colluded with this gang in preparing and execution of fraudulent registrations. They were also booked under the penal sections.
Thus, since 2016 so far, the accused along with their associates were involved in as many as (07) offences of cheating/forgery and impersonation in the limits of Choutuppal PS.
Choutuppal Police arrested the accused person Aenugu Madhava reddy on 28-02-2020 and seized (6) fake sale deed documents pertains to (7) plots admeasuring 1600 sq. yards, net cash Rs.7,00,000/- and (2) Cars from their possession.
With a view to preventing them from committing such illegal activities and to preserve Public Order, Preventive Detention orders are invoked against one of them namely Aenugu Madava Reddy by Commissioner of Police, Rachakonda Sri Mahesh M. Bhagwat, I.P.S., Commissioner of Police, Rachakonda on 09-05-2020 and detained him in Dist. Jail, Nalgonda.
CP, Rachakonda appealed the general Public in the area not fall in trap of such fraudulent gang, verify their possession and documentation of their plots in “Green City venture” at Toopranpet village of Choutuppal Mandal and complain to the police immediately, if they were victimized.
