Discussed on Categorisation of Police Stations into A,B,C categories, Sanctioned strength of each PS.-
Election preparedness: Enforcement work(Cash, liquor,freebies,drugs/ganja,precious metals),MCC violations and booking cases, NBW execution, Bound overs, Arms deposit, Action against Rowdy sheeters, Vulnerability Mapping, Critical Polling Locations and Critical Polling Stations,, Zonal Election Cell etc.
The law & order police were given instructions in order to conduct the upcoming elections without any prejudice.
To conduct the elections peacefully all the officers were instructed to take strengthened actions if necessary.
