Hyderabad, Nampally Court has questioned Punjagutta Police as to why they failed to arrest Accused No 2 Parvathi in Gazal Srinivas’ sexual harassment case.
The Punjagutta Police filed a counter asking the Court not to grant bail to Gazal Srinivas, who filed a petition seeking bail, as they have to interrogate several persons in the case. After hearing the two sides, Nampally Court questioned Punjagutta police as to why they failed to arrest Parvathi yet.
The police informed the Court that she was at large. On the other hand, Parvathi filed a petition seeking early bail stating that she didn’t have any connection with the case. The Court would announce its verdict on Wednesday after examining two bail petitions of Gazal Srinivas and Parvathi.
