Hence booked a petty case against the respondent vide HYD2322PC232281265 U/ S 70 (A) CP Act & 186 IPC Bowenpally PS and Today produced the respondent before the Hon’ble XIV Special Metropolitan Magistrate, SECUNDERABAD along with charge sheet. The Hon’ble court convicted Simple Imprisonment for 03 days and fine for Rs 500/-.
