Hyderabad, 20 Dec 204 (PMI): Former minister and BRS party MLA G. Jagadish Reddy today alleged that the Congress government had filed a false case against their party’s working president KTR to allow people to forget the promises made to them. “Many inquiries have been made to file false cases against our leaders. They have dug up the hill, but not even a rat has been caught by them,” he claimed.
He said a petty case had been filed against KTR and demanded that a discussion should be held in the assembly if he made a mistake. Jagadish Reddy said KTR was ready to answer the Formula One E-car race issue. “Why are you running away without a discussion, don’t you have the guts to hold the discussion,” he asked. He said was no discussion in the Assembly on farm loan waiver issues and women’s issues. He claimed that there was false propaganda that the KCR government had borrowed Rs 7 lakh crore and added that the RBI had made it clear that the debt availed during their government was only Rs 4 lakh crore.
The former minister demanded that a discussion on the Formula One e-car race issue should take place in the assembly session. He said no matter how much false propaganda the Congress has carried against their party leaders, people know the facts. “The Congress government borrowed Rs 1.2 lakh crore in one year, so they will borrow ₹. 7 lakh crore in five years at this rate,” he mocked. Reddy said the BRS party cannot be exposed to lies. He said no matter how many conspiracies the Congress party hatches and disguises itself, it would stand in the public domain and the legislative assembly. (PMI)
