Nalgonda, Spitting fire at the TRS government, the TPCC leaders today alleged that “devils” were ruling the State as was proved with the gory murder of Boddupally Srinivas, husband of Nalgonda Municipal chairperson Boddupalli Laxmi.
The Congress party organized a condolence meeting here on Sunday. TPCC vice-president Dr Mallu Ravi alleged that the TRS government got Boddupally Srinivas killed as the latter declined to join the ruling party. He also demanded that the State government order a CBI inquiry into the case.
Former MLA T Jagga Reddy said KCR’s family would not have remained alive if the Congress party encouraged murders. Alleging that the police officials were dancing to the tunes of the ruling party leaders, Jagga Reddy warned that they would physically take over Pragathi Bhavan if the ruling party failed to shun murder politics.
TPCC spokesperson Dasoju Sravan alleged that the State government intentionally killed Srinivas. Senior leader V Hanumanth Rao alleged that the TRS government got Srinivas killed with a pre-plan and advised the government not to indulge in murder politics.
