Hyderabad, Jan.1 (PMI): Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao today
directed officials concerned to complete by March 31 the projects.
He
inspected the works at Medigadda, , Sundilla and Annaram projects in
Jayashankar Bhupalapally district with MLAs Vemula Prashanth Reddy, MLC Palla
Rajeshwar Reddy, Chief Secretary SK Joshi, DGP Mahender Reddy and other
irrigation officials. After an aerial survey of the projects and having lunch,
the Chief Minister inspected Medigadda works at the project site. The CM also
instructed that the works have to be completed in three shifts. The Government
gives top priority to the irrigation projects and extend all cooperation and
funds, he added.
KCR sought timely completion of the projects. Interacting with the irrigation
officials, the Chief Minister said the people of the State are looking for
speedy completion of the projects. “Let the projects be completed in three
months with active coordination of the officials and contractors or work
agencies”, KCR said. The Chief Minister also asked the officials to send a
report on the works completed so far at the Kaleshwaram and related barrages
