CM to direct MPs to fight in Parliament on state issues

Hyderabad, Jan.29 (PMI):  TRS Supremo and Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao is learnt to have decided to conduct a key meeting of MPs at Pragathi Bhavan on January 30 ahead of the Budget session of the parliament to begin from Monday (January 31).

The meeting will decide to fight against the BJP Government at the Centre and seek to get funds and projects to the state in the upcoming parliament session from Monday, according to sources. The state government has been fighting with the Centre on paddy grains, funds and projects.

In this meeting, the CM will give directions to the MPs on the party strategy to take on the BJP government. He will direct the MPs to raise slogans in the parliament at the Centre for denying funds and projects. It was said that the TRS boss who raised a banner of revolt will direct the party MPs to fight at the parliament on the state issues. The Chief Minister found fault with the Centre AIS official transfers and deputation recently.

 He wrote a letter to the Centre against the proposed amendments to the duties and deputations of AIS officials. Already several ministers including KTR and Harish Rao wrote letters to the Centre on funds and projects to the state.  The ministers wrote letters to union ministers on state issues like Nirmaala Sitharaman, Piyush Goyal, and others. With the state adopting a strategy against the Centre for denying support and funds, the parliament session is to see protests from the TRS MPs, it is learnt. (PMI)
