Hyderabad, and Dec.25 (PMI): Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao is busy in national capital and he is likely to meet the Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Dec 26. According to information, the chief minister sought an appointment with Modi, and it is to meet him as a courtesy call after taking over as the chief minister of Telangana for the second time, following the landslide victory in the recent Assembly polls.
KCR is to stay for a couple of
days more in Delhi and he will hold parleys with several prominent
leaders to garner support for the federal front as an alternative to
the congress and the BJP at the Centre. The TRS Supremo is going ahead in national
politics to forge an alliance with likeminded parties to take on the might of
the congress and the BJP at the Centre. He is scheduled to meet with the
Bahujan Samajwadi Party President Mayavathi, SP Leader and former Chief
Minister Akhilesh Yadav, Sharad Yadav and others.
KCR
reached Delhi Monday night from Kolkata after holding talks with his counterpart
there Mamata Benerjee and earlier with Odisha Chief Minister Navin Patnaik.
Before going to Delhi, the TRS President took the darshan of famous Kali Matha
in Kolkata, Puri Jagannath in Bhubaneshwar and earlier received blessings from
Sharada Petham seer Swarupananda Swamy in Visakhapatnam. (PMI)
