Hyderabad, Jan.20 (PMI): The ‘Telangana Rising’ delegation led by Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy arrived in Zurich, Switzerland.
The Chief Minister was accompanied by Minister for Revenue & Housing, I&PR, Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy, and other senior officials. Minister for IT, Industries & Commerce D. Sridhar Babu has already reached Davos.
At Zurich Airport, India’s Ambassador to Switzerland, Mridul Kumar, extended a warm welcome to Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy. He also had a courtesy meeting with the Chief Minister.
The delegation, visiting Switzerland to participate in the World Economic Forum (WEF) annual meeting 2026 in Davos, was accorded a warm welcome by overseas Telangana residents at the Zurich Airport.The
Revanth Reddy-led delegation is scheduled to meet several industrialists on the first day of WEF and also host top executives and representatives of leading global companies across various sectors, aimed at promoting the Telangana Rising 2047 roadmap.
At Davos 2026, the ‘Telangana Rising’ delegation will mainly focus on showcasing the state’s long-term growth vision, progressive policies and investor-friendly ecosystem to global leaders, CEOs and industry representatives from around the world, in the context of the launch of Telangana Rising 2047 vision document in December 2025.(PMI)
