Sathupalli, Nov.1 (PMI): Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao has reiterated that BRS party is going to win the Telangana Assembly polls and no one can stop the BRS party from winning in the State.
Addressing the public meeting at Sathupalli in Khammam district on Wednesday as part of the election campaign, the Chief Minister said that the people of Telangana were with the BRS party and no force could stop the BRS from coming to power in the upcoming Assembly polls.
On the occasion, KCR slammed former Khammam MP Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy without mentioning his name saying that some arrogant leaders were speaking that they will work without the BRS leaders touching the gates of Assembly.
“Sandra Venkata Veeraiah was elected as an MLA four times from Sathupalli Assembly constituency while Nama Nageswarao Rao was elected to the Lok Sabha twice. I have also been working as the Chief Minister for the last ten years, but I have never spoken with such arrogance,” KCR pointed out.
The Chief Minister said the voters should get to know the political parties’s history, attitude and outlook and should decide to vote for those parties striving for development and welfare.
“It is more important for people to win elections and not individuals,” KCR said.
Later, the Chief Minister addressed another public meeting at Yellandu in Bhadradri Kothagudem district where he cautioned the people that the middlemen rule would come and the Telangana State would again go back to the dark days if the Congress party was voted to power. (PMI)
