Hyderabad, Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao will be heading to national capital on August 10.
According to the information, the Chief Minister is expected to attend the swearing-in ceremony of M Venkaiah Naidu as 13th Vice President of India on August 11. It may be said here that the TRS government had extended support to the BJP-led NDA Government for its presidential and vice presidential candidates. KCR is likely to meet with Prime Minister Narendra Modi on the occasion and to take up the issue pertaining to the GST regime that will hamper the State interests.
Already the State government has threatened to take up legal fight against the Centre and GST Council. The KCR’s Delhi itinerary assumes importance as he will attend the Venkaiah Naidu’s oath-taking program. Simultaneously, KCR will talk to the Prime Minister on the key issues and seek funds release to various projects and schemes in the State.
