Hyderabad, City Police Commissioner Srinivasrao has informed that they have arrested a cricket betting gang today. Acting on information, the police raided houses at Abids, Narayanaguda and Banjarahills and arrested 11 persons gang, who were indulging in cricket bettings. The police seized Rs.44.30 lakh cash, 62 cellphones, three TVs and five laptops from them. He siad that these three betting gangs were pivotal in running crickt bettings in the city. The main bookie Vishal was at large and the hunt was on, he informed.
He said that the gang was running 70 percent bettings of Hyderabad and they were earning Rs.1crore from each cricket match
