Hyderabad, M/s Ind-Bharathi Sports Pvt. Ltd, Jubilee Hills, has complained with CCS, Hyderabad that M/s Machdar Motorsports Private Limited, Bangalore and its Directors had collected Rs. 7.50 Crores on the guise of providing super car race for Chennai franchise in the year 2011. But, the Machamada Darshan Uthappa s/o M A Uthappa, age-40 years, Occ: Managing Director of M/s Machdar Motorsports Private Limited and other Directors neither conducted the car race nor returned the amount to the complainant’s firm and cheated.
WCO Team. CCS, DD, Hyderabad took up investigation and deputed a team to Bangalore for apprehension of the accused persons. The deputed team apprehended Machamada Darshan Uthappa, one of the Director on January 24 near his residence at Bangalore and obtained transit warrant and brought the accused to CCS, DD, Hyderabad on January 26. Further investigation is in progress.
