Hyderabad, Feb 22 (PMI): The land issue concerning Koh Imam e Zamin is becoming increasingly sensitive, with informed community members urging immediate collective action rather than limited discussion on social media groups.
Observers note that no clear or positive statement has so far been issued by the Shia member of the Waqf Board, the Koh Imam Zamin committee, or former and current Members of the Legislative Council, leading to growing concern within the community.
Prominent voices have proposed that the Koh Imam Zamin committee convene an emergency meeting and invite Dr. Nisar Hussain Agha, Altaf Hussain Rizvi, Riyazul Hasan Afandi, and Qamar Hasan Rizvi to review the legal status of the land and examine all relevant documents.
Sources warn that failure to reach a timely and transparent resolution could create difficulties for pilgrims in the future. Community representatives say the situation will ultimately reveal who steps forward to protect the land associated with the revered shrine. (PMI)
