Hyderabad, Nov.10 (PMI): Hyderabad Central Crime Station in Detective Department arrested two accused persons, who are involved in (9) cheating cases, registered at CCS, DD, Hyderabad.
Today, on 10-11-2022 the accused Khaja Mujeebuddin S/o. Mohd. Zaheeruddin, aged about 61 yrs, Occ: Builder M/s. Crystal Constructions and Mohammed Jajim Mujeeb S/o. Khaja Mujeebuddin, aged about 26 yrs, : Builder M/s. Crystal Constructions both are r/o. Jewel Fortune Apartment, Surya Nagar Colony, Tolichowki, Hyderabad were arrested, in a case vide Crime No. 122/2022, U/Sec. 406, 420 r/w 34 IPC & Sec. 5 of Telangana Protection of Depositors of Financial Establishments Act, 1999. .
In the year 2016, the above accused persons established one construction company styled and named as “M/S. Crystal Constructions” at Tolichowki area and made and executed development agreements with the land owners for development of property with 50-50 share. By showing the above development agreements, the accused persons had collected nearly rupess 20 crores from 20 persons in the form of deposits from the local people as well as NRIs and used the same for their personal use and purchased the properties in their Benamies and caused lose to the depositors.
While they are trying to escape from the country to avoid repaying the deposited amounts, they were arrested at Ram Koti, Hyderabad.
