The Cyber Crime Police, Detective Department of Hyderabad City raided a call centre at Mayur Vihar, Delhi and busted a job fraud rocket and arrested eight accused persons by name 1) Rajesh Singh @ Chandan, 2) Anubhav Singh, 3) Nafeez, 4) Shaifali @ Neha Singh, 5) Yogitha @ Pooja Kumari, 6) Shalu Kumari @ Radhika Rai, 7) Priya @ Nisha Kumari, 8 ) Shivani @ Nadini Agarwal in Cr.No.1660/2021 u/s 419, 420 r/w 34 IPC and Sec.66(D) ITA Act-2008.
Facts of the case:
On 20-10-2021 at 1410 hrs received a complaint from a girl who is resident of Hyderguda, Hyderabad, in which she stated that she completed her Air hostess training and was in search of job. So, she uploaded her resume over “shine.com” about 2 years ago. In response she got a call and said that her profile was selected for the post of Air ticketing staff in indigo Airlines and asked her to furnish details. On that she had sent all her details. Later, she was convinced to pay different charges in many instalments totalling Rs. 8,02,426/- towards registration fees, documents verification, certification, security deposit etc. After transferring the money, she found the mobile numbers switched off, she came to know that she was defrauded Hence, she requested to take necessary action.

The accused Persons 1) Rajesh Singh @ Chandan, 2) Anubhav Singh, 3) Nafeez, 4) Shaifali @ Neha Singh, 5) Yogitha @ Pooja Kumari, 6) Shalu Kumari @ Radhika Rai, 7) Priya @ Nisha Kumari, 8 ) Shivani @ Nadini Agarwa together started a call centre at Mayur Vihar, Delhi with an intention to cheat innocent job seekers. They got information of from shine.com and cheated the job seekers by contacting them over mobile phones & through emails. They collect money through Bank Accounts as Security deposit fee, registration fees, GST fee, Refunding fee, etc. After collecting money, they would switch off their mobile phones and change their mobile numbers and residences frequently.

The general public are advised to be cautious and should not transfer money believing such fake job offers given by fraudsters.
The team headed by Inspector of Police Sri Bhadramraju Ramesh, and SI M.Srinivasa Rao, PCs Mahesh, Feroz, Raghu, Gajeshwar under the supervision of ACP Sri K.V.M. Prasad cracked the cases at Delhi and Jaipur. The team was commended by Commissioner of Police Sri.C.V.Anand IPS.
