Hyderaba’Dec 23’2022(PMI)The sleuths of Commissioner’s Task Force, South Zone Team along with Moghalpura Police apprehended four persons who are providing birth certificates without fallowing due procedure to the needy costumers and collecting huge amounts from them. Total Seized: (243) Fake Birth Certificates of various circles in Hyderabad and (1) Thumb Scanner, 1 CPU, 1 Monitor, 1 Printer, 4 Cell Phones.
Particulars Of Accused Persons:
1) Mohd Ibrahim, Age: 45 years, Occ: Owner of IA Khidmate Mee Seva Service at Sulthan Shahi, R/o Talab Katta, Bhavaninagar, Hyd.
2) Shaik Ameer, Age: 29 years, Occ: Mannat Online Service, R/o Hassan Nagar, Rajendranagar, Hyderabad.
3) MD Shahbaz, Age.19 yrs, Occ: Hi-Tech Online services, Misrigunj, R/o Basharath nagar, Kalapathar, Hyderabad.
4) Mohd Shanawaz, Age: 26 years, Occ: Hitech Online Service, R/o Misrigunj, Kamatipura, Hyderabad

3) Intex CPU
4) HCL Monitor

Brief Facts:
As per the norms of the GHMC, after the Birth of the child the concerned Hospital authority collect the ID proofs of the parents and submits the details of the child birth through Form-A to Municipal Ward office. The details of the same may be entered into the official records of Ward office. The applicant is entitled to apply for the child Birth Certificates through Mee Seva or citizen service centre. After, due verification the concerned circle AMOH will issue the Birth Certificates. If the birth details of the child are not available in GHMC records then, the applicant should obtain Non availability certificate from the Special Executive Magistrate and such order issued by the Special Executive Magistrate is to submitted to the Mee Seva centre for registration for Birth certificate.
The accused namely Mohd Ibrahim resident of Sulthan Shahi, running Mee Seva Centre in the name of IA Khidmate Mee Seva Service at Sulthan Shahi in the limits of Moghalpura and colluded with the online centre owners namely 1) Shaik Ameer, 2) MD. Shanawaz, and 3) Mohd Shanawaz formed a group and indulging in issuens of Birth Certificates to the customers whose Birth details are not available in the records in GHMC. The applicants whose details are not mentioned in the official records of GHMC approaches the above said brokers to obtained birth certificates, the brokers directly contact MD. Ibrahim without submitting relevant documents they just provide child name, father name, mother name and Date of Birth of the child and collecting Rs.2000/- to Rs.2500/- for each certificate. Basing on the request of the brokers MD. Ibrahim first fill the data in online through his Mee Seva portal without uploading any valid documents. After submitting the forms and getting Non Availability Certificate. After getting Non Availability Certificate, he again forwarding the Non Availability Certificate in the application for further proceedings directly without fallowing due procedure and obtaining Birth Certificate as a genuine. All the accused collecting fruitful amount from the applicants and issuing Birth Certificates illegally by keeping the GHMC officials in darkness. As of now they issued about 3000 birth certificates from June-2022.
Basing on the credible information the commissioners Task Force, South Zone team along with Moghalpura police apprehended the accused and seized the material. Arrested accused and seized material handed over to SHO Moghalpura for further investigation.
APPEAL TO THE CITIZENS:
Please do not believe Mediators/Agents/Brokers who were providing Fake Birth Certificates through back door and back dated without any proper documents. If anyone involved in illegal activities they may have to face legal consequences.
