Hyderabad, Nov.23 (PMI): BJP leader B. Muralidhar Rao on Friday said they wanted Telangana without the presence of AP Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu. He said his party would make all efforts to ensure it in the State.
The BJP leader made these remarks while addressing the media here. Targeting Congress supremo Sonia Gandhi’s public meeting at Medchal, Murlidhar Rao asked the Congress leaders as to why Chandrababu Naidu was not taking part in it. He alleged that the Telangana TDP has turned into Telangana Dhoka Party. He also alleged that the Congress party has become a covert for TDP chief Chandrababu to enter the Telangana State. He said they were considering the December 7 elections in the Telangana State as a great opportunity for them to expand their party’s base ahead of the 2019 Lok Sabha elections. He said they would go to the people and tell them about the funds allocated by the BJP for the development in Telangana State. (PMI)
