HOUSTON: Texas Republican Representative and former White House physician Ronny Jackson has voiced deep concerns about the health of US President Joe Biden, asserting that the decline is happening rapidly and poses a risk to the nation.
Jackson, who served under the Bush, Obama, and Trump administrations, emphasized the demanding nature of the presidential role, both mentally and physically.
Expressing dismay at Biden’s alleged deterioration during his time in office, Jackson stressed the urgency of addressing the situation. He had previously advocated for a cognitive test before the 2024 elections, citing the president’s purported inability to effectively perform his duties.
Jackson remarked, “He’s already putting us at great risk right now,” pointing to perceived challenges in international relations and asserting that the current administration lacks the necessary leadership.
Jackson highlighted the contrast with the hypothetical scenario of Donald Trump in office, arguing that under Biden, the US is viewed with diminished fear and respect by adversaries.
He called for someone in Biden’s inner circle to step up and address the president’s alleged physical and cognitive unfitness for office.
As concerns about Biden’s health grow, recent polls indicate that Donald Trump holds a four-percentage-point lead over Biden among registered voters aged 18 to 34.
The public discourse surrounding the president’s health underscores the complex intersection of medical assessments and political implications, prompting calls for action within Biden’s administration for the sake of the country’s safety and security.
He said that the written physical exam report released by Biden’s physician apparently confirms that this administration is still adamant about “concealing the truth”. He said that the report doesn’t mention Biden’s “deteriorating mental health”.
He said, “This is alarming, considering I have already sent three letters to the White House demanding that Biden receive a cognitive test and that the results be made public, all of which have been ignored. Everyone can see something is wrong, the cover-up needs to end.” (Int’l Monitoring Desk)
