Fire exchange between Bidar police and thieves in Hyderabad, 1 injured

 A shooting incident in Afzalganj, the state capital of Hyderabad, created chaos on Thursday night. The assailants opened fire on the manager of a travel office.

The thieves ran into a travel office but the Bidar police were able to arrest all of them.

Hyderabad’Jan 16 (PMI) .A shooting incident in Afzalganj, the state capital, on Thursday night created chaos. The assailants opened fire on the manager of a travel office. The police have identified the gang involved in the shooting as the Bidar ATM robbers’ gang.

Bidar police came to Hyderabad to catch a gang of thieves. Seeing the police, the gang of thieves entered a travel office in Afzalganj to escape. While firing on the police, the bullets hit the manager of the travel office there. Due to this, he suffered severe bleeding. The alert Hyderabad police, along with the Bidar police, are also trying to catch the gang of thieves.

What really happened?

It is known that robbers have been robbing in broad daylight in Bidar, Karnataka. On Thursday morning, robbers attacked a vehicle transporting money to an ATM in Bidar. The assailants, who came on a bike, opened fire. Two security guards were killed in the firing. After the attack, the assailants fled from the spot with a cash box. It is reported that there was about Rs. 93 lakh in cash in it. On the other hand, the police, receiving information about the attack, rushed to the spot and inspected the situation.

Bidar police have confirmed that the thieves diverted their bike towards Telangana. With this, they reached Hyderabad city from Bidar by Thursday evening. Bidar police confronted the thieves at Afzal Ganj. To escape from the police, the thieves entered a private travel office in Afzal Ganj and opened fire. The manager of the travel office was injured in the firing.(PMI)
