Hyderabad ‘ May 7 (PMI): City Police Commissioner CV Anand advised the staff that along with consuming nutritious food, exercise and walking every day will protect health. In collaboration with Helping Hand Foundation (HHF), 16,000 personnel working in the City Police Commissionerate are being screened for health and with the help of FitCop app, they are explaining precautions for better health from time to time. In this order, 60 high-risk employees have improved their health through the Fit Cop app. They were awarded by CP CV Anand in a meeting held at the Police Commissionerate.
A constable working in Charminar PS had to quit his job due to ill health. He improved his health through the Fitcap app and returned to work enthusiastically. A woman constable saved her daughter’s life. She broke down in tears on the phone with her health counselor. In order to improve the health, the councilors gave appropriate suggestions and advice to the staff through the Fitcap app.
On this occasion, CP CV Anand explained the benefits of taking nutritious food and exercising for weight loss. The CP instructed the staff to reflect the culture of health in their family. When it is necessary to burn calories in the body for a better health condition, one should focus on walking. He expressed satisfaction that in six months the staff had changed their health habits and progressed in their health. On this occasion, candidates who were in the risk category and improved their health were given t-shirts and certificates of appreciation.
