Hyderabad,  The Telangana State government has decided to give special awards to three literary personalities, famous lyricists Suddala Ashok Teja, Jayaraj and noted Telugu Sanskrit scholar Bashyam Vijayasaradhi on the occasion of Independence Day celebrations on August 15.
