Hyderabad Jun 12 (Newslines): Land grabbing issues are increasing in the city and owners are being harassed or put to face hardship by political leaders or their people. Earlier in the day Hyderabad Mayor Bonhtu Ramohan and his proxies were alleged in land grabbing issues and another issue came into light in Alwal locality of Malkajgiri Constituency where Sri Venkateshwara Mahila MAndali (declared land grabber) and three others trying to cause hardship to owners by getting area corporator on the land in the name of influential TRS leaders saying they will support them to grab the land by creating multiples litigations.
Sri Venkateshwara Mahila Mandali was declared as Land Grabber by LGC Court in Case no 68 of 1998 file by Yashodha Bai W/o Mr Rajeshwar in a Land dispute at Temple Alwal, Alwal and the Land Grabbers filed an appeal in High Court before the Hon’ble High Court of Andhra Pradesh at Hyderabad who up held the Judgment of LGC Court and dismissed the appeal of Land Grabbers.
Now one Mr Ravi resident of Alwal trying to grab the land admeasuring 420 Sq Yards situated opposite Navakala Kendra, Temple Alwal Alwal, with the help of the brokers Chandra Mohan (resident of Alwal) and Srinivas by rising issues that the land belongs to Sri Venkateshwara Mahila Mandali, a School near by the Land and also GHMC, which itself is baseless claim as none of them have any documents to proof the title of the land.
Inquiries by Newslines revealed that Mr Syed Hussain Ali Sajjad GPA holder of Sri Samrat Saincher Nag (owner) engaged JCB on 11th June 2020 to clean the above said land situated at Temple Alwal, Alwal, Opposite to Navakala Kendra Temple Alwal, Alwal then Mr. Ravi approached Mr Sajjad and said to pay Srinivas and Mohan some amount to them if work has to be completed without any interruptions else they will create ruckus for the owners and won’t allow any work to progress by using their political connections with TRS high profile leaders.
According to the residents when Mr Sajjad left the site after cleaning work was completed, Mr Ravi, Chandara Mohan and Srinavas along with the Land Grabber personnel of Sri Venkateshwara Mahila Mandali and others gathered near the Land and call Corporator Mr Jittu and raised the slogan that Land belongs to Sri Venkateshwara Mahila Mandali and GHMC.
Mr Sajjad appeal with CM K. Chandashekar Rao and I.T. & Municipal Administrator Minister K. T. Rama Rao to intervene and call upon those leaders who are supporting land grabbers so that citizens have their hopes alive in them as both KCR and KTR are working hard towards developing Hyderabad as a Brand at the National and International Level and some political leaders are getting bad name to the party by supporting land grabbers while it has been clearly informed by TRS Supremo to maintain distance and not to involve in any land dispute matters.
