KABUL/ WASHINGTON/ ISLAMABAD/ KARACHI: Dozens of Anti-Shia Terrorists Organizations (ASTO) have not only complete hold in Afghanistan but also trying to re-establish themselves (again) countrywide like they are well groomed, trained and have entire controlled in Pakistan (independently as well as with the facilitation, support, supervision, funding and assistance with some alleged “State Character” while over seven (7) million of Shia Muslims including teenage-girls, young women, children, aged men even severely sick and ill people have been martyred, kidnapped, injured and forced-missed during the last thirty (30) years, experts, statisticians, record-holders, victims, aggrieved persons, eyewitnesses and sources told Press Media of India (PMI).
According to reports, Daesh and other groups are trying to put themselves back together in Afghanistan, a senior US military leader said, adding that these groups have yet to be successful in doing so.
The Islamic Emirate, however, denied the presence of Daesh in Afghanistan.
Gen. Mark Milley, US Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, made the remarks at a Senate hearing.
“ISIS and other groups are trying to put themselves back together, they have not succeeded yet and they have not yet presented a threat to the US homeland but we are watching that very, very, closely and if they raise their head and do present a threat, we will take appropriate (action),” he said.
The analysts believe that the expressed concerns about the presence of Daesh in Afghanistan are part of a political agenda.
“The concerns regarding Daesh are more political because since the US and foreign forces’ withdrawal, they are facing a lack of access to intelligence,” said Ahmad Muneeb, a political analyst.
The Islamic Emirate denied the presence of Daesh and said the Afghan soil will not be used against anyone.
“We have eliminated a lot of their sanctuaries so far. The presence of Daesh is very small. They have conducted some attacks on a school and mosques but have not accomplished anything significant. We are serious about our security and will not allow anyone to cause insecurity,” Islamic Emirate’s Spokesman Zabihullah Mujahid said.
Meanwhile, the Special Inspector General for Afghanistan Reconstruction in a report to the US congress said that 70 percent of the Afghans are unable to provide their basic needs.
This comes as the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) said that 53 world countries including Afghanistan face acute hunger.
Many international organizations expressed concerns over the deteriorated economic condition in Afghanistan.
Osman, 7, is one of the victims of severe poverty in Afghanistan. Osman’s family said that he has had a stomach disease for more than one-year, but they are unable to feed him properly.
“The tube which is installed in his nose should be changed once each month. The doctors say fruit and good food should be included in the milk for him but we don’t have (money),” Osman’s mother said.
“The document reveals that around 193 million people in 53 countries or territories experienced acute food insecurity at crisis or worse levels (IPC/CH Phase 3-5) in 2021,” FAO said. “This represents an increase of nearly 40 million people compared with the already record numbers of 2020.
“The main reason of poverty is a lack of investment in infrastructure and lack of strategic programs in the last 20 years by the government and by the international community, as well as by insecurity,” said Basheer Shabiri, an economist.
“The recent tensions in Ukraine had a very small impact on the situation in Afghanistan and this shows the success of the Islamic Emirate,” said Abdul Latif Nazari, deputy Minister of Economy.
It is mentioned here that PMI has already been flashed hundreds of news, views, stories and reports have already been published in this connection and ignoring all types of threats given by dozens of ASTO and other public and private individuals (characters) and neglecting all indications, cautions, warnings, barriers and hurdles, the PMI will remain continue its work in future.
