MELBOURNE/ HYDERABAD DECCAN (TALANGANA STATE OF INDIA): Several First Information Reports (FIRs) and other cases have been registered against Syed Najaf Ali Shoukat, the President of Markazi Anjuman Matami Grouhan and the world most reputed and famous senior Indian journalist in continuation of violating the guidelines issued by Talangana State’s Administration for Ashura Day (10th Muharram-ul-Haram 1442 Hijri, on Sunday, the 30th August 2020) particularly for the procession of Alam-e-Bibi-Salamullah-e-Alaiha (SA) while the senior journalist has already been intimated and requested to grant permission to the Administration as well as concerned police but neglecting all civil liberties, religious values and freedoms and traditional, cultural and historical norms, on specific directions of the Administration of Talangana State FIRs and other cases have been launched against the said journalist and his companions.
Amid confusion about whether the Alam-e-Bibi-SA procession was permitted in Hyderabad Deccan or not and in this situation, the registrations of FIRs must be quashed by the concerned authorities and withdrawn all cases and charges against one of most reputed journalists of India, Shia, Sunni, Hindu, Sikh, Jewish, Christian and other leaders, victims, aggrieved persons, participants, general men and women, civil societies and human rights activists as well as journalists demanded as sources claimed and confirmed.
According to facts and details, the Alam-e-Bibi-SA was taken out in an exemplary manner on the 10th Muharram 1442 corresponding to 30th August 2020 from Alawa-e-Bibi Dabeerpura and culminated at Masjid-e-Ilahi on the banks of River Musi.

The Alam-e-Mubarak was taken out by the Alambardar represented by Umoor-e-Mazhabi and was mounted on a four wheeler in the absence of Elephant.
Grouh-e-Shahida-e-Abul Fazl and Grouh-e-Hussaini performed Khooni Matam and the Alam was taken with Matam and Nauha-Khani by Grouh-e-Shahida-eShabbir-AS which they are performing since last 50 years.
The Alam passed through the designated routes with few exceptions of lanes and by-lanes. The only stop was at Kadmae Rasool (Peace Be Upon Him/PBUH) and Momineen/ participants offered Sehra’s, Nazar’s and Dhattis along its route which reached Masjid-e-Ilahi on the Banks of River Musi where Grouh-e-Shahida-e-Shabbir-AS performed Majlis and Matam and the procession was culminated. The Alam was carried back to Alawa-e-Bibi-SA at the Asr prayers.
FIR’s have been registered and cases have been launched against Najaf Ali Shoukat in various police stations which stated that Mr. Shoukat has submitted an application at the office of the Commissioner of Police Hyderabad City, requesting permission to take out juloos/procession of Bibi-SA ka Alam on elephant along with Khooni Matam (Blood Shedding) on 10th Muharram from Dabeerpura via Charminar, Panjeshah, Mir Alam Mandi, Purani Haveli, Dar-ul-Shifa and ends at Chaderghat has violated the guidelines issued by the Government of Telangana State with 1000-1200 persons participated in the procession and performed Khooni Matam (Blood Shedding) all along the route of the Alam-e-Bibi-SA.
