Addl. CP Tafseer Iqbal IPS Reviews Crime and Law & Order Situation in Hyderabad’s South Range

Hyderabad, January 28, (Shoukat-PMI) The Additional Commissioner of Police, South Range Zone, Sri Tafseer Iqbal IPS, on Wednesday, conducted the monthly crime review meeting at the Old CP Office in Purani Haveli.

The meeting, held at 11 a.m., was attended by Deputy Commissioners of Police from Charminar, Golconda, Shamshabad, and Rajendranagar zones, along with all zonal Assistant Commissioners of Police.

During the review, monthly crime trends and the overall law and order situation in the South Range were discussed in detail. Special attention was given to grave crimes and undetected (UI) cases, with directions issued for early disposal and effective investigation.

The Addl. CP stressed the need for strict monitoring of rowdy-sheeters and history-sheeters and called for strengthening preventive action and surveillance. He also emphasized quality investigation, close trial monitoring, and steps to improve conviction rates.

Officers were instructed to intensify patrolling, enhance intelligence gathering, and strictly follow the prescribed plan of action. Accountability at all levels was underlined to ensure effective maintenance of law and order in the South Range. (pressmediaofindia.com)
