Hyderabad Feb 5 (PMI): An accused person namely Charlabavi Ravi aged 30 years resident of pedda golkonda (v), Shamshabad, the Hon’ble MSJ Court LB Nagar convicted for one year rigorous imprisonment and fine Rs 2000-00 (Two Thousand Only) for out ranging modesty of minor girl under POCSCO Act under the supervision of Sri. The sixteen year (16) victim use to collect waste papers and plastic items with her cousin sister and use them to sell in scrap shop for eking livelihood as usual she was picking up the waste papers and plastic items at Pedda Golkonda village Shamshabad on 8th March 2018 in front Ambedkar statue meantime the accused Charlabavi Ravi caught hold the victim hand and dragged her beside the road and thrown her on the ground and misbehaved by the acts of accused victim made hues and cries nearby passers caught hold him. Accused arrested and sent to judicial custody.
In this case IO Sri. N Sridhar Sub-Inspector after completion of investigation filed charge sheet in the Hon’ble MSJ Court LB Nagar.
