A Man Arrested for opening his pant zip and took out his pennis and by showing towards woman staff started masturbation

Hyderabad; 21 Oct 2024 (PMI): On 21.10.2024, Filmnagar Police apprehended a perverted person by name Bhuthkuri Ramesh, in 1) 856/2024 U/s 296, 79 BNS and 2) Cr.No. 862/2024 U/Sec 79, 296 BNS of Filmnagar within a span of (24) hours.

Brief facts of the case:- The complainant of this case is a  store manager at health and glow,  Aziz Bagh Colony Tolichowki, in which 12 woman and the store is covered by transparent glass. On 16-10-2024 at about 18.00 hours, the complainant noticed that one middle aged person cameat their parking place on black colour Activa bike by wearing helmet with off white colour shirt and black colour pant and the said unknown person sitting on his scooter in front of the said store and by seeing the woman staff, suddenly he has opened his pant zip and took out his pennis and by showing towards woman staff started masturbation due to which the women staff of the store got panic. It has come to late to the notice of Police that prior to this incident, he did abused act in similar nature beside Bus Stop, International School, Shaikpet on which the second case registered on him.

As similar type case are reported within two days, the Filmnagar police took this as serious issue and investigate these cases by searching CCTV footages of all the possible areas and apprehended the accused, who was passing on black colour Activa wearing same clothes and helmet, which were mentioned in the first case. After taking the person into custody and on interrogation, the accused admitted these offences. He confessed that, his wife was away from him from 6 months as he addicted to watch porn videos in his mobile phone and committed this type of obscene and objectionable act in the public area before women. On verifying his mobile phone, his internet browsing data history is full of porn videos, watching of porn videos frequently may cause his perversion in this mentality.

BRIEF HISTORY OF THE ACCUSED:  –

 The accused Bhuthkuri Ramesh is native of Karimnagar, working as a chef in a Bakery had got marriage in 2019 and having a baby girl. Due to some issues the wife is away from him since 6 months.

The arrested accused person along with seized property is being produced before the Hon’ble court for judicial remand.

The arrests were made under the supervision of Sri. Vijay Kumar SM, IPS, Dy. Commissioner of Police, West Zone, Hyd, Sri T.B. Hanumantha Rao, Addl. Dy. Commissioner of Police, West Zone, Hyd, Sri P. Venkatagiri, ACP, Jubilee Hills Division, Sri. M. Srinivasulu, Inspector of Police, PS Filmnagar, with the assistance of Sri.
