MBT Slams US–Israel Strike on Iran, Calls Killing of Ayatollah Khamenei “State Terrorism”

Attack on Iran’s Supreme Leader a Blatant Violation of International Law: Amjed Ullah Khan

Hyderabad, March 6 (PMI) The Majlis Bachao Tehreek (MBT) has strongly condemned the killing of Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Sayyid Ali Hosseini Khamenei in a joint military strike carried out by the United States and Israel, describing it as a grave act of aggression and a blatant violation of international law and the sovereignty of an independent nation.

MBT spokesman Amjed Ullah Khan stated that the assassination of a head of state through foreign military action represents state terrorism and naked imperial aggression, which threatens global peace and stability.

“This attack is not merely an act against Iran; it is an assault on the principles of international law, sovereignty, and justice,” he said. “The United States and Israel have once again demonstrated that they consider themselves above international norms and accountability.”

He further said that the pattern of Western intervention in Muslim countries has repeatedly brought destruction, instability, and human suffering. From Iraq and Libya to Syria and Gaza, military interventions carried out under various pretexts have left millions dead, displaced, and traumatized.

MBT accused Washington and Tel Aviv of double standards in global politics, pointing out that massive civilian casualties in places like Gaza have not led to meaningful accountability or condemnation from the same powers that claim to defend human rights.

“Powerful nations label resistance as terrorism while ignoring the real terror inflicted on innocent civilians,” Amjed Ullah Khan said. “This hypocrisy exposes the reality of global power politics where justice is selective, and Muslim lives are treated as expendable.”

He warned that such reckless military actions risk dragging the entire Middle East into prolonged conflict and chaos, endangering global security.

The MBT called upon the United Nations and the international community to immediately intervene and hold those responsible accountable for actions that violate international law.

“We urge all peace-loving people of the world to raise their voices against aggression, imperialism, and war. Silence in the face of injustice only emboldens oppression,” he said.

Majlis Bachao Tehreek reaffirmed its commitment to peace, justice, and the sovereignty of nations, while expressing solidarity with the people of Iran during this critical time.

“History will judge those who use military power to silence nations. Justice, dignity, and the right of nations to live free from aggression must prevail.”(pressmediaofindia.com)
