Hyderabad, 30 March (PMI): Commissioner of Police Rachakonda Mahesh M Bhagwat IPS has warned illegal immigrants for not to indulge in any anti social activities. In 19 Criminal cases registered against Rohingyas under Cheating, impersonation, human trafficking, attempt to murder etc. in Rachakonda commissionerate so far 31 accused arrested. Total 3626 Rohingyas are enumerated recently in Rachakonda limits. On 27.03.207 the Hon’ble XIV Metropolitan Magistrate Court Cyberabad at LB Nagar has convicted two persons namely Mohammad Taher @ Abu (Myanmar national) and B. Hemanth in Rohingya Migrant case who were involved in obtaining Aadhar card illegally.
Mohammad Taher native of Shakivara, Ikyap Dist., Rangoon, Myanmar Country and he migrated to Bangladesh, there after illegally entered into Kolkata of India from Bangladesh by crossing border at Kolkata. Later he went to Delhi from there he shifted to Kukatpally of Hyderabad in the year 2015 and worked as labour at Lodha building at Kukatpally where he made acquainted with the B. Hemanth who was working as supervisor. He obtained Adhar card B. No. 600630634125 with the help of B. Hemanth for his permanent livelihood at Hyderabad by submitting false ID proofs and get the benefits from the Indian Government by illegally. And also obtained driving license vide License NO. WB -232012110601 when he was at Kolkata. After that accused Mohammad Taher @ Abu Taher was shifted to Shaheennagar in the year 2016 and got marriage one Kashmira Begum D/o Osi Rahman aged 23 yrs, then he along with his wife has been residing at rented room near High-way hotel and working as labour at Ismail Nagar. On 05.05.2016 the SIP Sudhakar on credible information raided the palace and seized Aadhar card vide No 600630634125 and Driving license WB -232012110601 in the presence of mediators under confessional cum seizer Panchanama and registered a case in Crime No. 238/2018, U/s 420, 468, 471 IPC & Sec 14 of Foreigners against Mohammad Taher @ Abu (Myanmar national) and B. Hemanth.
Subsequently the investigation officer Sri M. Sudhakar SI of Police PS Balapur arrested the above accused persons and produced before Hon’ble XIV M.M Court for judicial remand and filed charge sheet by collecting the all relevant documents as documentary evidence. During the trial under supervision of the SHO Balapur, court PC Madhukar produced witnesses in time before the concerned PP and briefed properly. After examination of the witnesses and documentary evidences the Hon’ble court convicted the above accused persons on 27.03.2018 (Press Media of India).
