Hyderabad; 09 Nov 2023 ( PMI ): This is a case of wrongful restraint, public nuisance, and violation of the Model Code of Conduct, wherein the accused person A-1 obtained permission from the Returning Officer, 58- Malakpet constituency to bike rally for 300 members, but they participated above 300 members and they obstructed the free flow of traffic for about 30 minutes and also the accused and others were burned the Crackers in Bike Rally Procession of INC which is prohibited. As such they have violated the rules of Model Code of Conduct (MCC) as well as instructions given by the Returning officer. This incident occurred on 08-11-2023 at 17:00 Near Zaika Hotel falling within the jurisdiction of Dabeerpura Police Station Hyderabad on the complaint of G. Shankar S/o G. Kishan Age 59 yrs Occ:- Dy. E.E ( Circle 13 Karwan) R/o Flat No. 193, Road No. 3, Meenakshi Estates, Jeedimetla, Hyderabad Cell No. 7995029395 in Cr. No 210/2023 U/sec 341, 290, 171 H,151, r/w 34 IPC.
