Hyderabad, Jan.19 (Shoukat-PMI): Union Minister G Kishan Reddy said it was a matter of pride that the Lok Manthan programme was successfully organized in Hyderabad with the objective of awakening the students and future generations to protect the lifestyles and rights of those living in the forests.
Kishan Reddy was the chief guest at the Loka Manthan Bhagyanagar 2024 Success Meet held at Standley College at Abids. Speaking to media persons on the occasion, Kishan Reddy said it was commendable that national level conferences were being held in Hyderabad. He thanked the students, their parents, teachers, social organisations and the media for their support.
“It is heartening to note that various educational institutions in the city have voluntarily sent three lakh students to various exhibitions organized at the Lok Manthan premises. The students witnessed the exhibition stalls organized there. The programme is being organised with the aim of inculcating a sense of nationalism among the students through Lok Manthan and to protect Indian culture and traditions,” he said. (PMI)
