Hyderabad April 22 (PMI): In times of extended lockdown the police personnel who are at the fore front in the battle against Novel Corona virus Covid-19 along with Healthcare and Municipal department are exploring innovative ideas enforcing lockdown in a friendly manner.
In the last few weeks we have seen viral videos from across the country where police personnel were advocating the citizens to remain indoor through singing songs or giving splendid speeches in the neighborhoods. The hidden talents in the security personnel were seen coming to light. Recently a Sikh head constable of the old city sang a beautiful song at various places aided by small instruments to convey the message to the people to remain indoor.
In similar node the SHO of Alwal police station came up with an unique idea of doing patrol on by cycles.
Inspector of Police Alwal PS Sri Puli Yadagiri along with his staff patrolled the Alwal Containment areas on the by cycles to implement the strict lockdown in the area.
He said that people in lanes and by-lanes were floating the lockdown norms and on hearing the sound of the patrol bike or vehicle they were going inside and again after the passing of it coming out of their houses.
With the patrolling on the by cycles they are hardly able to detect the arrival and the violators are being caught red handed and warnings of stern action are being given to them if they violate the lockdown norms again. (Press Media of India)
